Spend 5 minutes today doing something that you know you should be doing but are not currently doing, that, if done over time, can make a huge impact.


For example, maybe this involves pre-run activation, post-run mobility, or even a short core strength session. Whatever it is, make time for 5 minutes within your day to do something for yourself that you KNOW will make a difference over time.
